Background

The Business Depot Ltd. was founded by Jack Bingleman in 1991, with Staples as a substantial investor, opening Business Depot stores in Ontario and later Atlantic Canada and Bureau en Gros locations in Quebec. In 2017, Staples was acquired by private equity firm Sycamore Partners and Staples Canada unveiled a new logo and slogan ("Work. Learn. Grow.") in December 2018.

Challenge

With the rebrand in place, a lot of collateral needed a redesign to reflect their new brand values.

Solution

Implemented their new visual systems across old collateral using their brand guidelines. Developed new templates that integrated the new brand identity into their B2B collateral, storefront, web, and flyer designs.
